Can I cancel my order or change my address?
We understand that your mind about an item may change. If you would like to cancel your order, please visit our contact page or email info@magnicraft.co. Should you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address during the order process. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
For logistical reasons, items in an order are sometimes sent in separate packages to speed up delivery. One item may arrive earlier than the others. Please be patient if you do not receive all items at the same time - they are on their way to you!

Where is my order / How can I track my order?

We have warehouses in the USA and Asia. If the item is not in stock in our US warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our Asian warehouse.
